BBM Programs Overview

Programs are timed journeys: sleep, focus, study, meditation, calm, and the rest of the shelves. Same physics as the Console, with an arc.

Guest can run a handful in the app. A free Subscriber account unlocks all 60 free programs. Member adds 250 extra sessions plus GUIDE/DRUM depth.

A program is not a medical protocol. It is a sequence of phases with a name you can finish.

Open Programs, pick a length you will honor, ENGAGE. Halt if it is the wrong hour. The cards are honest if you read them.
