Chakra frequency charts (and why they disagree)
Multiple chakra-to-Hz systems compared: solfeggio maps, planetary maps, vowel systems, and scientific caution.
What is measured
There is no single scientific Hz standard for chakras. Different teachers publish incompatible tables (solfeggio stack, note names C–B, planetary set, 432-based stacks). That disagreement is a clue: these are symbolic overlays, not lab-measured organ clocks.
Yoga and meditation research studies attention, stress, and interoception — not a seven-tone endocrine keyboard confirmed by spectrum analysis.
What is claimed
Classic seven-chakra ladder (root→crown) absorbs modern audio: red/396 or C, orange/417, gold/528, green/heart, blue/throat, indigo/852, violet/963 — variants abound. Use one system consistently for ritual coherence; don’t claim monopoly truth.
