Frequency is simply cycles per second (hertz, Hz). Sound pressure oscillates; brains oscillate (EEG bands); Earth–ionosphere cavities resonate; musical instruments lock to pitch references. These are different physical domains that share one math language — not one “master healing frequency.”
This atlas separates what is measured (pitch standards, Chladni patterns, Schumann spectral peaks, binaural difference tones) from what is claimed (DNA repair by 528, planetary codes, angel numbers as audio). Both layers matter: science for accuracy, myth for cultural history and design inspiration.
BBM stance: true-stereo binaural tools use beat = |fL − fR|. Carrier pitch (e.g. A=432 vs 440) is a musical preference unless you are doing pitch-critical work. No frequency replaces medical care.

Across cultures, tone is treated as a bridge between body, cosmos, and spirit: Vedic nāda, Pythagorean “music of the spheres,” Egyptian temple harmonics lore, Tibetan bowls, Gregorian chant, and modern “frequency healing” culture. The recurring idea is that proportion and resonance order matter as much as force.
