SCANATE — Early Remote Viewing Experiments

SCANATE refers to early CIA-sponsored work with physicists Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff at Stanford Research Institute, exploring whether gifted subjects (including Ingo Swann) could describe remote sites from coordinates or sealed targets. It sits at the origin of the later military remote-viewing pipeline.
