Headphones guide
True binaural beats require stereo headphones (or earbuds) so each ear receives a different carrier. Speakers, mono Bluetooth modes, or one dead earbud will not produce the binaural beat.
- Prefer stereo wired or high-quality stereo Bluetooth
- Keep volume comfortable — louder is not “more entrainment”
- Over-ear can be more comfortable for long sessions
- If one side sounds wrong, check balance and mono settings
