Do Binaural Beats Cause Tinnitus?

There is no established evidence that binaural beats at comfortable volumes cause tinnitus. Loud sound of any kind can.
Tinnitus has many causes: noise exposure, ear disease, medication, stress, age. Blaming a 10 Hz difference for a ringing that loud concerts also produce is a category error.
If you already have tinnitus or ear pain, keep levels low, keep sessions short, and talk with a clinician about sound exposure. Stop if symptoms worsen.
This console will not protect you from a foolish volume knob. It will generate a true-stereo pair at whatever level you set. Set it kind. ENGAGE is free. Hearing is not.
Do Binaural Beats Cause Tinnitus? is a door, not a clinic. Myth bust; volume safety. Sit with a true-stereo pair if the hour still wants one. Skip it if silence is the better instrument tonight.
