Brain Detox Myth

Brains do not detox through a sine wave. Livers and kidneys were not replaced by 741 Hz.

Detox is a marketing verb. In audio it usually means “I want to feel clearer.” Say that. Then use volume, length, and rest like an adult.

If you have a medical toxin issue, that is a clinic. If you have a noisy week, that is a sit or a walk.

A calm or meditation pair, kind volume, a bounded hour. No cleanse language. ENGAGE, then drink water because you are a mammal.
