Forever Session Myth

More hours are not more transformation. Bounded practice beats a forever session you resent.

Open-ended ENGAGE exists because some people want a long hold. It is not a spiritual assignment. Endings are part of craft.

Infinite hold after the last phase is a Member extra for people who asked for it. It is not a moral upgrade.

Set a length most days. ENGAGE. Halt when it ends. Tomorrow is allowed to be another sit, not a continuation of a heroic lock-in.
