Heart rhythm coherence and ~0.1 Hz breathing

Heart-rate variability coherence, slow breathing near 0.1 Hz, and audio that supports it.

What is measured

Many HRV coherence protocols use breathing around 6 breaths per minute (~0.1 Hz). This is a well-studied autonomic practice domain (with ongoing research debates on magnitude of benefits). Audio can pace breath; it does not replace cardiac care.

What is claimed

HeartMath-adjacent and yogic pranayama cultures meet here: heart as intuitive organ, coherence as love-state. Poetic and practical when breath is the real effector.
