Louder Is Better — Myth

Louder is not more entrainment. Louder is more risk.
The beat is a difference, not a level. Raising SPL does not raise the hertz and does not make a lab EEG more likely.
Hearing damage is cumulative. Consumer wellness should not be a vector for it. If you cannot hear the pulse, check stereo before you crank.
Set a level you could almost ignore. ENGAGE. If it still feels absent, the path may be mono — not quiet.
Louder Is Better — Myth is a door, not a clinic. Hearing risk. Sit with a true-stereo pair if the hour still wants one. Skip it if silence is the better instrument tonight.
