What is measured

White — flat spectrum (hissy). Pink — ~1/f power (balanced). Brown/red — steeper low emphasis (rumbly). Useful as maskers and beds under binaural layers; not magic chakras.

What is claimed

Nature soundscapes often approximate colored noise statistics — rain, wind, waterfall. The “earth soothing” feel has both physics and biophilia.
