Vipassana-Style Framing

Vipassana is a training. A “clarity” program is a stereo field with a nickname. Do not confuse the nickname with a lineage.

Insight practice has teachers, retreats, and ethics. A theta-leaning pair can support a sit you already know how to do. It does not confer the training.

Using Buddhist words as SKU flavor is a market habit. This page will not do that more than once. The Console remains two tones.

If you already sit, try a quiet beat under a sit you would have done anyway. If you do not, learn a method from a human, not from a slider.

Vipassana-Style Framing is a door, not a clinic. Clarity sessions. Sit with a true-stereo pair if the hour still wants one. Skip it if silence is the better instrument tonight.
