Answer

The multifrequency console stacks independent bands instead of one carrier/beat pair. For binaural mode, left = carrier and right = carrier + beat (or the inverse). Monaural mixes both pitches into both ears. Isochronic pulses one pitch in both ears, centered.

Explain

The main FREQ fader still drives a single pair. MULTI FREQ opens this mixer. Up to 12 bands share a master limiter. Nothing is silently normalized. True binaural perception is unreliable at high carriers; the UI notes that when a carrier is above about 1000 Hz.

Musical scales (Ionian, Dorian, and the rest) and frequency sets (BBM Harmonic, Focus, Schumann octaves) are labeled as what they are. Scale notes sit between 20 Hz and 800 Hz and spread evenly across the stack. Beat presets set laterality and beat math without wiping the scale, and the other way around.
