Answer
Use this binaural beat calculator two ways: (1) enter carrier + beat to get left/right ear tones, or (2) enter two ear frequencies to get the beat difference. Then listen with true-stereo oscillators.
Explain
fL = carrier | fR = carrier + beat | beat = |fR − fL|
Example: carrier 200 Hz, beat 10 Hz → L=200, R=210. Inverse: 200 and 210 → beat 10 Hz, carrier 200 Hz. Keep carriers comfortable (~100–300 Hz for pure tones) and beats in the range you mean to explore.
