Delta for Deep Rest Framing

Delta is the slow end of the chart and the usual night metaphor. Treat it as wind-down design, not a sleep drug.
Slow-wave sleep in a lab is a staged EEG fact. A 1–3 Hz difference in headphones is a slow pulse you can rest beside. Those sentences share a number range. They do not share a protocol.
Insomnia marketing loves delta. The evidence for consumer files forcing N3 is weak. Relaxation that lowers arousal can still help some people fall asleep. That is an indirect path. Say so.
Dim lights. Low volume. Over-ear if you might drift. A sleep program on this machine is a ritual with a delta-shaped end. Silence is allowed if the ritual fails.
Delta for Deep Rest Framing is a door, not a clinic. Sleep-oriented design. Sit with a true-stereo pair if the hour still wants one. Skip it if silence is the better instrument tonight.
