Delta waves explained
Delta (about 0.5–4 Hz) is the slowest commonly discussed EEG band and is strongly associated with deep sleep stages in neuroscience literature.
Sleep-oriented binaural sessions may use delta-range beat intentions during later phases of a program. Listening is not a medical sleep treatment. Keep volume low enough to stay comfortable if you drift off with headphones on — in-ear buds while sleeping can be a hazard for some; prefer safe setups.
