Use sleep-oriented sessions as a wind-down ritual, not a guaranteed cure for insomnia.

  1. Dim lights 20–30 minutes before
  2. Stereo headphones at low, comfortable volume
  3. Choose a sleep program (or Console path into lower bands)
  4. Phone face-down; no frantic scrolling
