Sleep guide
Use sleep-oriented sessions as a wind-down ritual, not a guaranteed cure for insomnia.
- Dim lights 20–30 minutes before
- Stereo headphones at low, comfortable volume
- Choose a sleep program (or Console path into lower bands)
- Phone face-down; no frantic scrolling
