Jet Lag Listening Framing

Jet lag is clocks and light. Audio can be a portable wind-down. It is not a timezone drug.
A familiar sleep program in a hotel is a cue: this is the lying-down hour. That cue can matter when the body has not agreed yet.
It will not overwrite melatonin timing by itself. Seek morning light at the destination. Do not use deep-rest sessions in an airport lounge you still have to leave.
Download or run a sleep program you already know. Same headphones. Same length. Familiarity is the feature. ENGAGE if you have a bed and time.
Jet Lag Listening Framing is a door, not a clinic. Ritual not medicine. Sit with a true-stereo pair if the hour still wants one. Skip it if silence is the better instrument tonight.
