Signs of Overstimulation

Overstimulation is a stop sign, not a sign you are “really in beta.”
Jaw, heat, irritation, a need to retune, a need to raise volume — those are the tells. Pushing through them is not professionalism.
High beta, loud cups, and caffeine are the usual stack. Removing one often removes the emergency.
Halt. Silence. Water. If you return, step toward alpha or a calm program. The Console will wait. Your ears will too.
Signs of Overstimulation is a door, not a clinic. When to stop. Sit with a true-stereo pair if the hour still wants one. Skip it if silence is the better instrument tonight.
