Wind-Down Ritual with Audio

A wind-down is a sequence you repeat. Audio is one object in the sequence — not the magic that replaces dim light and a phone face-down.

Twenty to thirty minutes before bed: lights down, volume low, stereo cups, a sleep-oriented program or a theta-to-delta sit. The beat is a pacing cue.

If you keep scrolling, the ritual is a caption. Chronic insomnia belongs with a clinician. A difference tone is not a prescription.

Use a sleep program on this machine or ENGAGE a slow pair yourself. Prefer over-ear if you might drift. Stop if the jaw tightens. Silence is a valid last phase.

Wind-Down Ritual with Audio is a door, not a clinic. Practical night routine. Sit with a true-stereo pair if the hour still wants one. Skip it if silence is the better instrument tonight.
