Binaural Beat Machine (“BBM”, “we”, “the app”) is an offline binaural entrainment console. Headphones are required.

Summary

• We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
• The mobile app works fully offline after install.
• No account is required to use the app.
• No analytics or advertising SDKs are embedded in the app.

Data stored on your device

The app may store preferences locally on your device (for example, session settings or custom program files you save). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Website (optional)

If you use the public website at binauralbeatmachine.com, optional community features may use third-party services you configure (such as form or database providers). The offline mobile app does not require those services.

Cookies (website)

The website uses first-party cookies only (set by binauralbeatmachine.com). We do not use advertising trackers or sell cookie data.

• Session / remember me — keeps you signed in on this device (about 30 days) when you choose “Remember me”.
• Account email — optional convenience fill-in for sign-in.
• Subscription status — remembers that this browser has an active plan snapshot (not your card details).
• How to use — remembers that you dismissed the first-visit guide.
• Anonymous product stats — visitor id, visit count, last visit date (first-party only). Opt out by setting cookie bbm_consent=0 or asking support.

Payment card data is handled by Stripe (or Gumroad for store products), not stored in our cookies.

Audio & background playback

The app plays generated audio locally for binaural sessions. Background audio is used so sessions can continue with the screen locked. No audio is uploaded or recorded.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Payments & subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or digital product, our payment processors (for example Stripe or Gumroad) receive the information needed to charge your payment method and send a receipt.
