Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products sold by Binaural Beat Machine are digital downloads or online access (desktop software, VST/AU plugins, timed audio recordings, albums, and web subscription access). We do not ship physical packages.

1. Delivery method

• Gumroad products (offline software, plugins, recordings, albums): after successful payment you receive an instant download link by email and on the Gumroad receipt page.
• Web subscription (Member / console plan): access unlocks immediately after Stripe checkout fulfillment on your account email.
• Shipping cost: $0 — electronic delivery only.
• Handling / transit time: 0 business days — delivery is immediate upon payment success (typically under a few minutes; allow up to 24 hours if email filters delay the receipt).

2. Geographic availability

Digital products are sold worldwide where payment providers (Gumroad / Stripe) accept the buyer’s payment method. There is no restricted “ship-to” address list because nothing is mailed.

3. Delivery issues

If you do not receive a download link or subscription unlock within a few hours:

1. Check spam / promotions folders for Gumroad or Stripe receipts.
2. Confirm the email used at checkout.
3. Email binauralbeatmachine@gmail.com with order email, approximate time, and product name. We re-send access or a replacement download at no charge.

4. System requirements (buyer responsibility)

You need a compatible device and software to use downloads (for example Mac/Windows for offline software, a VST3/AU host for plugins, or any AAC-capable player for recordings). Requirements are listed on each product page. Inability to run software on an unsupported OS is not a shipping failure; see our Return & refund policy for refund windows.

5. No physical returns

Because goods are not shipped, there is no return address or package tracking. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Return & refund policy.
