Focus 10/12/15… and out-of-body claims as studied — not proven ops tools.
Gateway materials discuss graduated Focus levels and reports of out-of-body experiences and expanded awareness. In the Army assessment these are trainee phenomenology inside a training system under review — not validated collection methods like a satellite. OBE is not the same as remote viewing in the document trail.
