What gets mashed in from other decades
MKUltra (CIA behavioral programs, drugs, hypnosis) is a different archive, a different decade, a different method. Grill Flame is remote viewing — monitors, coordinates, sketches — not a beat frequency. BLUE BOOK is aerial anomalies. Online genealogies glue these together because they all feel like “weird government.” Primary collections keep them apart. The Gateway paper’s value is that, if you read it, it refuses to be those other files.
The percept versus the lore
The beat itself is ordinary psychoacoustics: Dove (1839), Oster (1973), two tones, headphones, a difference you can name.
