This page is the public front door for how Binaural Beat Machine treats your data, accounts, and optional purchases. Full legal text lives on the linked pages.
What this site is
The binaural console in your browser is free. Headphones are required for true binaural beats. Optional Free Subscriber accounts unlock the full free program library in-app. Paid Membership and store downloads are optional and fund the free machine.
This is a sound tool for practice and listening — not a medical device and not medical advice.
Privacy
- We do not sell your personal data.
- The mobile / offline app works fully offline after install. No account is required to generate tones there.
- On the website, a free or paid account stores the email you give us so you can sign in and download subscriber gifts (for example Chimera) or Member extras.
- Member cloud profile (saves, diary) is optional and tied to your account email. Ask us to delete it anytime.

Cookies & first-party stats
The website uses first-party cookies only (set by binauralbeatmachine.com). No advertising trackers. Typical cookies: stay signed in, remember the how-to guide was dismissed, and anonymous visit counts. Opt out of anonymous stats by setting cookie bbm_consent=0 or emailing support.
Payments
- Paid Membership bills through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Most store products (plugins, timed recordings, offline generator) check out on Gumroad, which handles payment and file delivery.
- Chimera is a free subscriber download on this site after Free Sub / Member sign-in — not a Gumroad checkout.
Terms, returns, shipping
Digital goods only. No physical shipping. Unused license refunds follow the return window on the returns page. See:
